RETURNS
Returns on all Audio and Video Products, including Video Cameras, Digital Cameras, DVD Players, Receivers, and related accessories accepted within 7 days of receipt NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL TV's & COMPUTERS ARE SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS THAT CAN'T BE RETURNED. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT SURGE PROTECTORS BE USED WITH ALL TELEVISIONS & COMPUTERS. 3. Shipping and Handling, and Insurance charges are not refundable. 4. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) clearly labeled on return box. Please call for RMA number prior to returning your package. Returns that are not clearly labeled with RMA number will not be accepted. All returns must be in mint condition, with all of the following: Original manufacturer box; Unmarked Instructions and Manuals; Blank Warranty and/or serial number cards; Cardboard and/or Styrofoam Packaging, Plastic Bags, and all other included factory packed accessories, any accessory that is missing from the box when it is returned to us will cause a higher restocking fee or a charge for the missing item. NO EXCEPTIONS. Restocking fees are assessed as follows: 10% restocking fee on 35mm and APS within 7 days of receipt. All Digital, Audio, and Video returns subject to minimum 10% restocking fee. We cannot accept any returns on products with filled-out warranty cards or product registrations NO EXCEPTIONS. All refunds are posted within 30 days of receipt of return. Orders cannot be cancelled by email you will need to call our customer service department to do that. Any order that need to be canceled that has been processed there is a minimum 10% cancellation fee.
UNCONFIRMED ORDERS Often, we have to contact a customer in order to confirm acceptance of shipping charges, resolve a problem with verification of credit card information, or clarify some other billing or address issue. Please be advised that while we will always do our utmost to reach you by phone & e-mail, we simply cannot maintain orders in an unconfirmed state indefinitely. If we cannot contact you within 3 business days of receipt of your order, the order will be cancelled, so please be sure to provide us with contact information that will enable us to reach you expediently should the need arise. TELEVISIONS, BIG SCREEN, & MONITOR PURCHASE POLICY 1. TV/Big Screen/Monitor purchases are special orders and can only be canceled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order that is en route. 2. TV/Big Screen/Monitors come with full Manufacturers Warrantees and there are no returns on TVs. 3. TV/Big Screen/Monitors are not returnable to PlasmaHouse if initially defective. They must be serviced by an Authorized Service Technician. 4. Upon delivery, it is the consumer’s sole responsibility to inspect the TV/Big Screen/Monitor to insure that it is not physically damaged. DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV/Big Screen/Monitor. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the product “physically as is” and CAN NOT refuse the charges for a physically damaged unit from this point forward. If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage. 5. If you are refusing the delivery of the item and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery BOTH WAYS. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only. You will NOT be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges.
