UNCONFIRMED ORDERS
 
Often, we have to contact a customer in order to confirm acceptance of shipping charges, resolve a problem with verification of credit card information, or clarify some other billing or address issue. Please be advised that while we will always do our utmost to reach you by phone & e-mail, we simply cannot maintain orders in an unconfirmed state indefinitely. If we cannot contact you within 3 business days of receipt of your order, the order will be cancelled, so please be sure to provide us with contact information that will enable us to reach you expediently should the need arise.
 
TELEVISIONS, BIG SCREEN, & MONITOR PURCHASE POLICY
 
1.        TV/Big Screen/Monitor purchases are special orders and can only be canceled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order that is en route.
2.        TV/Big Screen/Monitors come with full Manufacturers Warrantees and there are no returns on TVs.
3.        TV/Big Screen/Monitors are not returnable to DRPlasma if initially defective. They must be serviced by an Authorized Service Technician.
4.        Upon delivery, it is the consumer’s sole responsibility to inspect the TV/Big Screen/Monitor to insure that it is not physically damaged. DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV/Big Screen/Monitor. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the product “physically as is” and CAN NOT refuse the charges for a physically damaged unit from this point forward. If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage.
5.        If you are refusing the delivery of the item and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery BOTH WAYS. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only. You will NOT be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges. 
 
 

You may return most items sold by DRPLASMA.com within 14 days of delivery for a  refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note however certain items are not returnable at all and some items may be returnable with a restocking fee.Non-defective OR REFUSED goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus all shipping charges incurred to and from original destination.

 

All items must be returned in "like new" condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cables, cartons, documentation, warranty materials and registration cards. A RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is required. Please see instructions below on how to obtain a RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly printed on the outside of your shipping carton next to the shipping label. Do not deface or write on the items exterior package. The returned items must be returned to us via UPS fully insured and properly packed. Any damage or loss that occurs in transit is your responsibility. All sales are final on special order items which include, Mounts, Plasma Stands, External Processors, Video Cards, Desk Stands, Extended Warranties, Projector Lamps, Shipping Charges, Cables, and Carrying Cases (with the exception of items shipped in error). These items are shipped directly from the This Manufacturer and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

 

Most televisions received DOA (Dead On Arrival) will be replaced once returned with proper RMA number. However, some manufacturers offer an on-site in-home service and require that they first perform a site inspection to determine the extent of the defect, at which point your display will be repaired or replaced at their discretion.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGES
Most of our small to mid-sized items are shipped via UPS or FedEx, while most oversized items (i.e. TVs 25" and above and A/V racks) are shipped by freight shipping companies. Please note that our shipping companies are carefully screened and selected, and are very experienced and well trained to handle our products. Additionally, our quality assurance team inspects each Plasma, LCD, DLP, etc. TV and Display at our warehouse to insure they were received from the factory in perfect condition prior to shipping to our customers.

Any physical shipping damage must be reported immediately to the delivery driver! Once the shipping carton arrives, you must open the packaging and inspect your item and point out any damages on the item to the delivery person before signing for it. If you notice damage to the item inside the carton DO NOT ACCEPT IT AND DO NOT SIGN FOR IT, kindly inform the driver that you are refusing delivery and contact us at once to make a report and so we can ship out a replacement. Please contact us at 1-866-435-4388. Please DO NOT sign the bill of lading until you have fully inspected the unit for damage. you have 24 hours from arrival time to report physical damage.

Concealed shipping damage must be reported to the delivery driver immediately! If you discover any damage due to shipping after you have already signed we are not held liable. Damaged items must be refused and immediately returned to us. Do not sign for any item until you have confirmed that there is no damage. DRPLASMA.com can not be held responsible for any damages reported once the item(s) have been signed for, sorry no exceptions.

To obtain a RMA Number(Return Merchandise Authorization), please call 1-877-212-5429 then dial 0 for customer service and have the following information ready:

1.       Your name, order number, and date of receipt.

2.       Model number of the product and overview of the problem.

3.       Serial number of product being returned.

4.       Daytime telephone number where you can be reached.

Shipping and Handling charges for items that are returned for exchange or refund are not refundable. Shipping charges for defective items returned by you the customer are not refundable. It is your responsibility for return shipping and handling costs. We realize that it is not the customers fault if a product is received defective, but please understand it is not our fault either if a product is defective. We ship the products our distributors & manufacturers supply to us. However, we do offer to share the shipping costs associated with a return replacement. The customer will pay for return shipping back to DRPLASMA.com , and we will ship the replacement at no charge. We cannot offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. Defective items returnable for a refund will be refunded only the purchase price (less any restocking fee if applicable), the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Additionally, all items returned that were shipped at no charge (Free Shipping) will be charged a 10% return fee.
